En resumen: PYRO es un juego gratuito que se sostiene con publicidad y compras opcionales dentro de la app. No creamos cuentas ni te pedimos tu nombre o tu email para jugar. Para mostrar anuncios y entender cómo se usa el juego, usamos servicios estándar del sector (Google AdMob y Firebase, de Google). A continuación te explicamos exactamente qué se recoge, para qué y qué control tienes.

Tus espectáculos creados, tu progreso, tus ajustes, tu ranking local y tu respuesta al selector de edad se guardan únicamente en el almacenamiento local de tu dispositivo (PlayerPrefs / almacenamiento de la app). Eso no sale de tu teléfono y se borra si desinstalas la app.
Tratamos los datos de analítica y de anuncios sobre la base de tu consentimiento (que gestionamos, cuando la ley lo exige, mediante la plataforma de consentimiento de Google) y de nuestro interés legítimo en mantener y mejorar un juego gratuito. Puedes retirar o cambiar tu consentimiento en cualquier momento desde los ajustes del dispositivo (identificador de publicidad) o contactándonos.
Los proveedores que procesan estos datos son Google (AdMob, Firebase) y las tiendas Apple App Store / Google Play para las compras. No vendemos tus datos. Puedes consultar cómo trata Google estos datos en su política de privacidad (policies.google.com/privacy).
PYRO no está dirigida específicamente a menores de 13 años. Al abrir la app se pregunta tu franja de edad (guardada solo en local) para adaptar la experiencia y el tipo de anuncios.
Tienes derecho a acceder, rectificar, suprimir y limitar el tratamiento de tus datos, y a oponerte a él. Como la mayor parte del tratamiento lo realizan Google y las tiendas con identificadores pseudónimos, para ejercer estos derechos escríbenos a info@seoforce.es y te ayudaremos, o usa los controles de Google/Apple indicados arriba.

In short: PYRO is a free game supported by advertising and optional in-app purchases. We don't create accounts or ask for your name or email to play. The data controller is the developer of PYRO (SeoForce), contact info@seoforce.es.
Your created shows, progress, settings, local ranking and your age-range answer are stored only in your device's local storage (PlayerPrefs / app storage). It never leaves your phone and is deleted if you uninstall the app.
We process analytics and advertising data based on your consent (managed, where required by law, through Google's consent platform) and our legitimate interest in maintaining and improving a free game. You can withdraw or change your consent at any time via your device settings (advertising identifier) or by contacting us.
The providers that process this data are Google (AdMob, Firebase) and the Apple App Store / Google Play stores for purchases. We do not sell your data. You can read how Google handles this data in its privacy policy (policies.google.com/privacy).
PYRO is not specifically directed at children under 13. On first launch you're asked for your age range (stored locally only) to adapt the experience and the type of ads.
You have the right to access, rectify, erase and restrict the processing of your data, and to object to it. As most processing is carried out by Google and the stores using pseudonymous identifiers, to exercise these rights write to info@seoforce.es and we'll help, or use the Google/Apple controls listed above.
