Precio, anuncios y compras

PYRO es gratuita y se mantiene con publicidad. Ofrece compras opcionales dentro de la app (por ejemplo, quitar los anuncios o adquirir packs de fuegos). Los pagos los gestionan Apple App Store o Google Play según su propia normativa; las devoluciones se solicitan a través de la tienda correspondiente. Las compras desbloquean contenido dentro de la app y no otorgan ningún derecho fuera de ella.

Qué es PYRO

PYRO es una app de entretenimiento en la que compones y visualizas espectáculos de fuegos artificiales y "mascletà" virtuales, en un entorno 3D simulado. Es un producto de ocio, no un servicio real de pirotecnia ni una herramienta profesional del sector.

Uso permitido

Uso personal y no comercial de la app tal como se distribuye en las tiendas de aplicaciones.
Compartir capturas, postales o vídeos generados dentro de la app, con atribución cuando corresponda (ver sección de música).

Lo que no está permitido

Realizar ingeniería inversa, descompilar o redistribuir la app fuera de los canales oficiales (App Store / Google Play).
Usar la app de forma que interfiera con su funcionamiento normal o el de otros usuarios.

Contenido y propiedad

El código, los gráficos y el diseño de PYRO son propiedad de SeoForce. Algunas pistas de música incluidas en la app usan licencia Creative Commons Attribution (CC BY 4.0) de Kevin MacLeod (incompetech.com) — la atribución completa está disponible en la sección "Créditos" dentro de la app.

Sin garantías

PYRO se ofrece "tal cual". No garantizamos que la app esté libre de errores en todo momento. Hacemos lo posible por mantenerla funcionando bien, pero no asumimos responsabilidad por daños derivados de fallos técnicos, pérdida de datos guardados localmente, o interrupciones del servicio.

Cambios

Podemos actualizar estos términos según evolucione la app (por ejemplo, al activar funciones online, ranking multijugador real o compras). Cualquier cambio relevante se reflejará en la fecha de "última actualización" de esta página.

Price, ads and purchases

PYRO is free and supported by advertising. It offers optional in-app purchases (for example, removing ads or buying firework packs). Payments are handled by the Apple App Store or Google Play under their own rules; refunds are requested through the relevant store. Purchases unlock content inside the app and grant no rights outside it.

What PYRO is

PYRO is an entertainment app where you compose and watch virtual fireworks and "mascletà" shows in a simulated 3D environment. It's a leisure product, not a real pyrotechnics service or a professional industry tool.

Permitted use

Personal, non-commercial use of the app as distributed through the official app stores.
Sharing screenshots, postcards or videos generated inside the app, with attribution where applicable (see the music section).

Not permitted

Reverse engineering, decompiling or redistributing the app outside official channels (App Store / Google Play).
Using the app in a way that interferes with its normal operation or with other users.

Content and ownership

PYRO's code, graphics and design are property of SeoForce. Some in-app music tracks use a Creative Commons Attribution license (CC BY 4.0) by Kevin MacLeod (incompetech.com) — full attribution is available in the in-app "Credits" section.

No warranties

PYRO is provided "as is". We do not guarantee the app is always free of bugs. We do our best to keep it working well, but we are not liable for damages arising from technical failures, loss of locally saved data, or service interruptions.

Changes

We may update these terms as the app evolves (e.g. when enabling online features, real multiplayer ranking, or purchases). Any relevant change will be reflected in the "last updated" date on this page.
